Support of research projects aimed to digitalise the economy in TRL 1-3 - Digitalisation TRL 1-3 (shortened English version)
The Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic, as the Executor of Component 9 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, announces that as a part of Investment 5: Investment 5: Research and innovation for the digitalisation of the economy opens the call for proposals Support of research projects aimed to digitalise the economy in TRL 1-3 (Digitalisation TRL 1-3).
The call is aimed at supporting high-quality projects of fundamental and industrial research in TRL 1-3 for the area of transition to digital economy.
Mono-beneficiary and multi-beneficiary projects (maximum 4 partners) are allowed in this call.
Opening of the Call: 4th July 2023
Closure of the Call: 6th November 2023
Allocation: 52 577 966 EUR of which:
- Resilience and Recovery Plan: 43 814 972 EUR ,
- Resilience and Recovery Plan – payment of VAT: 8 762 994 EUR
Maximum requested amount – mono-beneficiary projects: 500 000 EUR
Maximum requested amount – multi-beneficiary projects: 1 000 000 EUR
Applicant eligibility criteria: Eligible applicants are non-business research organisations and research infrastructures (non-undertakings), which do not represent an undertaking in accordance with Art. 107 par. 1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU and will not perform economic activities on the project.
Eligible applicants are from:
- The state sector, which consists of the Slovak Academy of Sciences and legal entities carrying out research and development established by central state administration bodies,
- The sector of public research institutions, which consists of public research institutions,
- The higher education sector consisting of public universities, state universities, private universities and their established legal entities carrying out R&D.
